I love this truck however I hope to start a family and business soon, that being said my SO wants me to get a f-ing van. The spare tire is included and in good shape (only about 20 miles of use), however I would recommend replacement since it is OEM from 2012. No mechanical issues at all, well maintained and the tires have about 7/32" of tread left as of the last oil change Air Conditioning
